Getting approved

After you complete the writer onboarding wizard, your profile may be reviewed by our team. You'll be notified once it's approved and you can start bidding on jobs.

Writer levels

As you complete contracts and earn good ratings, your level increases (New → Level 1 → Level 2 → Top Rated). Higher levels improve your ranking in search and client trust.

Submitting proposals

Browse open jobs and submit a proposal with a clear cover letter, your bid, and a realistic delivery time. There's a daily limit on proposals to keep the marketplace fair.

Delivering work

Once a client funds the contract, deliver your work through the contract page. Clients can request revisions up to the agreed limit; beyond that, either party can open a dispute.

Getting paid

When a client approves your delivery, the contract enters a short holding period and your net earnings are then released to your wallet. You can request a withdrawal at any time above the minimum amount, via PayPal, bank transfer, Wise or Payoneer.
